I needed a tube to connect to the pvc AC drain pipe. The water currently drains into the driveway. I have tried different hoses and they either disintegrate in the Florida sun or get stepped on and ripped / torn/ crushed. This hose has been exceeded my expectations as it was easy to connect to the pvc with a c clamp. It stays flat and drains. It has been in the Florida sun and has been stepped on, yet remains in place.It is thick but too thick or heavy to work with. I was able to cut it to desired length. It is heavy enough to stay flat and not roll over / twist.

Poorly constructed hose made of cheap material! I purchased this hose to drain our koi ponds for our annual spring maintenance and not more than 5 minutes into the job, it sprung leaks in multiple areas of the hose! I had to patch the leaking areas with gorilla tape to finish the job! The hose material is not flexible at all and when the hose is rolled up flat, the hose kinks on the sides causing the material to weaken which I can see caused the leaks when full of water. The price was reasonable, but the manufacturer needs to make improvements with a more durable and flexible material.
