As I single hand a small power boat, need to be able to grap that buoy or cleat. Spring will find out if it works. The supplied screws look skimpy. Will probably thru-bolt to my existing boat hook. Quality and finish of hook looks good

This was the item I was looking for. A skiff hook to allow me to hook onto either a bouy or boat. Exactly right.
