Nose Piercing Ring Sizes
- The standard nose ring gauge is 18G or 20G, this is the thickness of the nose jewelry
- The length of nose stud jewelry (wearable surface) will be ¼” to 5/16” (but can vary based on anatomy)
- Nose hoop diameter sizes vary; so you need to know your correct inner diameter size for you nose
- To ensure a proper fit you must know your Gauge as well as your Length or Inner Diameter Size when shopping for nose jewelry.
How to Measure for Correct Size
- Calipers can be used to measure the gauge (thickness) as well as the inner diameter of a nose hoop. They will provide and accurate measurement
- Ask you piercing professional for assistance if you are not sure of you nose jewelry sizing
How to Insert your Nose Jewelry
Nose Bone – Gently push the bone post into the piercing
Nose Twist – Gently insert and twist curved post into the piercing hole
L-Shaped- Gently push the post into the piercing hole at a 90 degree angle and then slowly twist until secure

For the price I'm happy with this. I had ordered rose gold and it was clearly gold but painted to look rose gold. That faded within a day and now it's just gold. It's fine. Just wish the color had been what I actually wanted.

Absolutely love my nose ring. It came quickly and fits perfectly. It hasn't tarnished. I got it because my glasses would knock my other nose rings out. Thus one stats put perfectly. Very happy.

Great ring! Super comfortable and well-sized. Something scary about nose rings are that, if they’re thin, they can make your piercing smaller and then it’s harder to get a stud back in or change the jewelry. This piece was the right thickness so it's not something you have to worry about! A little hard to get in but it stays in and is a good look. The material is also ideal to prevent staining and just keeping it maintained! I highly recommend.

The ring seems a tiny bit thicker than what an earring would be but it is real and works great! looks cute and I haven't had and signs of irritation (wearing for 1 month) I wish I would of bought it sooner! Only thing I don't care for is the loop isn't long enough (5/16) so inside my nose sometimes you can see that the loop isn't continuous. I've pinched it to close it tighter but you can still tell. I would prefer it to look more like a continuous loop and not like a hook lol

This causes my daugther's nose to become infected. If it is white gold that shouldn't happen. I am wondering if it is actually made of another cheaper metal.

Top Quality for a more than reasonable price. I am so thankful I was able to get these hoops, they healed up my piercing ( uber-sensitive skin) and I have never looked back! I will never buy piercing jewelry from anywhere else.

This piece is just gorgeous! Very simple and well made. It is a quality piece and the diameter is just perfect for my nose so it fits closely to my nostril and doesn't bother the inside of my nose. I bought this and a rose gold lip ring to match my rose gold engagement ring so that my jewelery all matches for my wedding! This is PERFECT!

I love this and I'm so glad I found it. I've been looking for a solid gold hoop for my nose. I'm allergic to most metals so I have to use either gold, titanium, or bioplast. The titanium and bioplast were not very attractive as nose rings... But this is extacly what I've been looking for. It was ridiculously easy to put in, it looks amazing and fits my nose snug, and no irritation! I really hate captive bead rings so this works great as an alternative. I did squeeze the ends together a bit once I got it in. I tried to show that in the images. Definitely recommended especially to those with sensitivities!Update 3/26/16: I've had this same hoop in my nose for almost 5 months now and my review still stands. I would buy this again and again.
