If you're looking for a pair of bone conduction headphones that can handle everything from swimming to running and cycling, these open-ear waterproof sports headphones are an excellent choice, offering a unique blend of comfort, durability, and versatile functionality. Designed with Bluetooth 5.4 technology and a built-in 16GB MP3 player, they allow users to enjoy their favorite music, podcasts, or audiobooks without needing an additional device, making them perfect for underwater use where Bluetooth signals typically fail. The bone conduction technology works by transmitting sound vibrations through the cheekbones rather than traditional earbuds, ensuring that your ears remain open to ambient sounds—an essential safety feature for outdoor activities like running and cycling. The sound quality is clear and balanced, though bone conduction naturally lacks the deep bass of traditional headphones; however, mids and highs are crisp, making voice-heavy content particularly enjoyable. When submerged, the MP3 mode outperforms Bluetooth, as water can interfere with wireless signals, making this feature a significant advantage for swimmers. The design is lightweight, ergonomic, and secure, ensuring a snug fit without discomfort, even during long workout sessions. Featuring an IPX8 waterproof rating, these headphones can be fully submerged without damage, making them one of the best options for swimmers who want to listen to music while training. Battery life is impressive, lasting up to 8 hours per charge, which is more than enough for most activities. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, even when wet, adding to their practicality. While the lack of deep bass may not appeal to audiophiles, these headphones excel in areas that matter most for athletes—durability, safety, and convenience. The fit is a little loose behind the head but is otherwise comfortable. Overall, these headphones offer a fantastic combination of features, making them an ideal companion for active individuals seeking reliable, waterproof, open-ear audio technology for workouts in and out of the water.

Received my Bone Conduction Headphones Bluetooth 5.4 with Built-in MP3 Player (16G Memory) very quickly, a day sooner than what was expected. The Headphones arrived with a ninety percent charge already on them so I was able to quickly and easily sync them to my android phone. They are nice and light and I hardly feel them while I wear them. It’s nice to not have the ear buds “Stuffed” into my ears. I can still hear what is going on around me while wearing them and still hear and understand my podcasts very easily as well. Good sound quality for both talking podcasts as well as music from my streaming services. The control buttons are easy to reach and use. I look forward to downloading some MP3 files so I am not always tethered to my phone. Speaking of phones, I’ve had a couple calls come in and there have been no complaints from me or the persons on the other line in regards to quality or connection. The Bluetooth connection has a decent range. I can walk around my entire house with out loosing connection if I leave my phone in the living room, centrally located in my home and the range with reach almost from one end of the house to the other. I was pleased to not have the ear loops not interfering with my reading glasses. The band around the back of the base of the head stays clear and doesn’t interfere with when wearing a hat. I typically wear ear pieces and headphones while working in the garden, hiking, fishing and doing house work. The Bone Conduction Headphones stay put and feel very secure while wearing them. They are rather subtle and discrete while wearing, no big bulky headphones on your head for everyone to see. When I first put them on I didn’t feel like they would stay on my head but so far they have stayed put and after a few days I have feel confident than they are going to stay put. They fast charge time is a benefit and I have not had them use up a full charge while using them in a single day.
