Built way better than the one that came with my expensive Bosch dishwasher. I still slap myself for not keeping the one from my original Bosch that died. Bosch owners be prepared for lower quality in the rack section.

Our new Bosch dishwasher came with a silverware rack half the size of our previous unit. If I was paying attention I would have grabbed the old one before they took it away. This basket from Amazon is very similar to the half size basket and does a great job of filling the need.

From the picture you think you are getting 2 baskets when in reality you are only getting one!! Very misleading!

I received a genuine Bosch replacement basket that fits perfectly with the one that came with the dishwasher; however, the picture shows a double basket when a single one was received. For that reason, I deducted one star. They need to replace that misleading photo.

I didn't realize the DW has a silverware tray hidden on top, but it's narrow (perfect for silverware) but the extra trays are great for utensils and other hardware that doesn't fit on top. Very glad I have 2 of them now.

First one was bent out of shape and not assembled correctly. Replacement was sent quickly. As everyone else has said, only 1 basket is sent. Amazon still has not had seller correct the listing. Everything shows 2 attached to each other.

The basket was what I wanted, but due to the picture showing 2 baskets, I though that was what I was ordering. It does say single in the fine print, but picture is deceptive.

matched the one that came with the Bosch 500 dish washer from Lowes, great product that should have been included in the original purchase. the Bosch 12024785 Dishwasher Silverware Basket is the real deal no knock offs here.
