These work great! I shoot a recurve bow and my bow is so much more quieter now. I used the zip ties that came with the product but if you live in a cold climate, it might be better to use serving to give it a longer lifespan.Very easy to install, just slip it over the string, slide it to the position you want, and secure with the provided zip ties. Clip the zip ties when you're done and that's all there is to it!

A neat idea to allow for the installation of string silencers without having to remove the string, but a junk product. I installed the set of silencers on my BearX crossbow less than two weeks ago and have only shot a handful of days. Had to replace the zip ties after less than 20 shots and now two of the silencers completely split open and are unusable while the other two are very near the same outcome. Strongly recommend against purchasing these unless you will only be shooting very very few rounds with them installed, as they will fail quickly.

I ordered these from a recomendation at my archery club to replace the cat whiskers already installed. I don't notice any speed difference (my Hoyt is already as fast as all the Mathews I see) but they are as quiet or quieter and they are MUCH cleaner looking on the bow. Took seconds to install, overall they seem to be a very functional solution.
