Worked well on my 1x build with 11sp microshift friction shifters and a 10spd deore clutchless rd.Switched back to this cassette over others because of the quietness and ease of use. Bigger spacing between cogs means finding your gear easier with friction shifters and less chain rub means a much quieter experience.My next buy will either be another 8 or a box 9 cassette.

Well for the price these wear as long as SRAM or shimano but still don’t stand up very long on my eBike before the smaller / higher gears start rounding and skipping which is a bummer. These are marketed for e-bikes and heavier duty applications but I’m not sure they wear that much better…but the price is better than the other big name brands. If it’s only 8 speed someone should be able to build a wider cassette with wider and beefier cogs that can really stand up to the rigors of e-bikes.

I have a fat bike that is really hard to climb with occasionally. This cassette gives me the option of keeping the groups intact with only changing the 8 speed to another 8 speed.
