Would have appreciated a mount included but it wasn't east to get hung up anyway. It's holding air and the return is good enough. I would rate this as a beginner bag but a decent one.

I like this speed bag it's easy to pump I like the color and the versatility I gave it four stars because it seems more like for kids than for adults I use it to do basic speed bag next to my heavy bag. The quality is durable it's functional You can hang it and the air retention is fine I don't see any problem after using it for a couple of times in a week It is hung through a bracket next to my heavy boxing bag It bounces fine the return is fine I like the look and the color of this bag and it's a good addition to my workout regime for hand-eye coordination. To put air you use a bike pump pin to inflate it.

Easy to inflate. Looks great. I’ve tried a few speed bags this is a little larger than the other ones I have which is good cause I am definitely still learning and the size is making it easier on me.

My teenager just got into boxing so I started looking for boxing stuff. This speed bag seems like it would be good for someone that already had a way to mount it. I am searching videos to see the different ways to mount and will then need to order the right stuff. Otherwise, I was able to inflate it easily with a pump and needle that I already have. It seems to be good quality.

I took boxing lessons many years ago because I always want to use a bag like this. Funny thing is I never got to use one. I only got to use one of those big heavy bags and some weights so when I saw this, I figured now was my chance to enjoy one. My hubby got it all set up for me and it is a lot of fun and good exercise- also good to let out aggressions. :)

It’s great and has cool colors. The only thing that I forgot was a way to hang it. My mistake. But otherwise it’s a great visible target for speed training. Came in a very unbranded box. But still good quality.
