Pay the cost to be the boss. Used this to do 2015 BMW X5 struts. Had no issues compressing those spring. Iā€™m sure it will do bigger springs without issue. I had to get the spacing right to be able to get a socket and wrench on top. Once o had the setup right. The second strut was a breeze.

I LOVE this tool. Works as advertised. Did help me change the struts on my daughters Chrysler 300 SRT8.FAR safer and easier and faster than the little $30 spring clamps that I have used in the past. Now, if I only had a larger garage.... sigh... LOL!
