No muffler gaskets included but you should be able to reuse the old ones. Also pay attention to how the thermostat mounts if your Briggs has one!

This muffler set was the correct size for my lawn mower. The package was not damaged, except the little envelope inside was ripped open at the bottom and the part that locks the bolts was missing. It looked to me like whoever packed the box didn't pay attention. Luckily I had kept and used my old one, so I was able to install the part with ease.
