internal light flickers on and off have to tap it to get the lights to illuminate, dial control seams loose and questionable for durability. save your money!

i'm always hesitant to buy aftermarket products for cars as there's always something that is wrong or doesn't work but this is just as good as OEM! fixed my heater issue too as my old one on my jeep shorted out. works great!

I installed this on my 2003 TJ. While it does work, the vacuum lines for the air selector on the right are too short. Dropping two stars for this because what I did to make it work may not work for everyone. On my TJ it needs to connect under the dash, behind the glove box. A total of about 12 - 14 inches. The lines on this one are only about 8". I had to remove my old selector switch and put on this new assembly. Fortunately for me, the old air baffle selector switch was still working. If your air selector switch is broken you'll need to make sure the vacuum lines on this one will reach.

This maybe slightly lower quality than original but easy to install, low cost, works great.

Single mom of new driver, seeks answer to older model jeep heat situation. A quick internet search, next stop Amazon and 3 days later the Jeep has heat again! I even impressed myself! Wish it was that easy for the rest of my issues :)
