excellent string. After handling, it might need to be rewaxed but that's to be expected. No failures, fast string, fairly generous amount for price.

I don't know much about bow strings so I ordered this cause it was a good price and it came pre waxed.It worked great for my first bow string and has worked great ever since , thanks for the fast shipping and good price !

Used this to make my first bow string for my self made bow, and it works great! Hassle free to use and it's very sturdy. My bow string is a little messed up but I think that's because I wasn't sure what I was doing, but it works and feels great like any regular store bought bow string.

I made my first endless loop string with this material and I bought some more in blue. The quality is excellent and the stretch is perfect for recurve bows. I wouldn't make any strings for a compound bow with this.. do some research and go with something like fastflight.

I have used this to make a Flemish bowstring, which has held out so far. It is nice that this spool comes with some wax already on it so it twists nicely. Overall seems to work well.

I am a frequent jute and sinew user. I tried this dacron and loved it right away. For the price you cant even get one good pre-made bow string. But for this price buying this spool you can get at least 20 strings for a 25-40lb bow
