Bought this for my 8yo. There are knots all along the inside stall for his ring finger. Everytime he tries to close this mitt the knots dog into his fingertips. Wouldn't recommend.

Good quality, youth first basemen glove. Needs to be broken in as it is very stiff leather.

Absolute top quality glove. My son (9yr old) has had several gloves, and this is by far the best he has ever used. Probably not a beginner glove, but if your kid has played a few years, you won't find a better one.
