We actually bought this for an adult goat that was weak and having trouble standing. It helped to get her up and we were able to use it to help with "physical therapy" to strengthen her muscles so she could walk again.

I bought this sling to weigh our bottle fed calf to make sure we're feeding him enough - calves will drink themselves to excess and make themselves sick so it's important to know their weight if they need to be bottle fed. The quality of the sling is excellent, although a little short from front to back - a few more inches would have been better. Our little 62 lb calf still tilts forward even though we are using the leg straps. The scale won't read correctly because the calf isn't level, and the calf sure doesn't like it either! We'll have to figure out something so his weight is more evenly distributed. They should just leave the collar out - it's small, and while the material is good quality, the plastic hardware is cheap and will probably break easily.

Excelentes materiales y muy útil para el peso de animales pequeños y medianos! La única falla me parece que son los agarres Plasticos, se quiebran con facilidad!
