I normally go for a Merrell or Hoka mid height hiking boot. These Camel boots are not that, but at this price point can certainly compete for a while. The insole is pretty soft, but there is not a lot of arch support. I pretty much swap in different insoles not matter what shoe I buy, so this is not a ding against Camel. Sizing seems good, with alot of wiggle room in the toes.I've worn these boots for about 2 days now, and in that time, they are holding up as expected. Time will tell how they hold up over time and I will endeavor to come back to update this review.

Now that my son has pretty much stopped growing a shoe size every year, we figured it was about time to get him his first pair of hiking boots. Prior to this he'd just been wearing any ol' pair of sneakers whenever we took him out hiking with us. These boots look really nice and so far has held up really well to admittedly less strenuous trails. They provide good traction and are pretty comfortable. I'm not sure if it's actually waterproof though. I would say more water resistant really. But overall he likes it and it comes at a decent price.

These seem true to stated size and fit well for someone with average width feet.They are comfortable. Seem a good balance of support vs comfort.The soles are suitably grippy for steep hikes.

I like the fit, ankle support and comfort of the Camel Crown hiking boots.Good looking and very rugged ankle high hiking boots. The treads provide great traction.The foot and ankle support are very good.I like the construction quality, definitely a good value.

I recently purchased theese boots and I am thrilled with my purchase. These boots are not only stylish and comfortable, but they also live up to their waterproof claim. I took them on a hike through some wet and muddy terrain, and my feet stayed dry the entire time. The ankle-high design provides great support and the traction on the soles is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend these boots for anyone in need of a reliable and waterproof option for their outdoor adventures.
