Correct and Labor-saving Footrest Retracting Method
Sit forward with your body, lean forwards and hold the armrests, and use your heels to press against the middle of the footrest, which is the position of the red frame in the figure, and the footrest can be easily retracted.

I am 6'1” 250 lb. My wife is bed bound so I sit in the chair almost all day and sleep all night in it so I could be next to her so I would say my chairs get treated abnormally rough. I have had this chair less than 6 months and I'm going to have to replace it. The chair does have several positives. I love the massage setting and the heat setting. The material is soft and appears durable. It was easy to set up. On the negative side the arm rests only attach on one side and are always flipping over. The chair rocks and when you try to push the footrest down it hits the ground and it's hard to close. It is too small for me. The footrest mechanism is now broken so it is now permanently reclined. If I had paid more I would have been very disappointed with this purchase.

Pros: Chair arrived on time and packaged well.**If there was an option for negative stars that would be my rating.**Cons: 1) The male end of the 8-pin connector for massager was damaged upon delivery so I was unable to use massager.2) The ARM REST will not stay in place. They are attached to the chair with a zipper on the outside and very SUBSTANDARD VELCRO on the inside. Every time the chair is Reclined, the seat cushion pushes the arm rest up and out of place because the Velcro they use are both male strips and will not stick to each other.3) The SEAT CUSHION is about as comfortable as sitting on a Park Bench.4) The seat cushion is very narrow, not comfortable for an average size adult.5) The chair is very small, if you’re 5’6” or taller this chair is not for you.

They range from 5'1" to 5'4. This chair is perfect for them and they love the options and material. I'm 5'10" 180 and its just a little to small for me. Hope that helps, very nice chair though.

Talk about plush. I feel cuddled everytime I sit in itFast delivery and the assembly was so easy. You may need two people to put the back in the slots. I'm 5'1 female and it took me awhile but I did it myself.Love the color, price, comfort and the massage and heat worked perfect!

Easy to put together, perfect size, quality thick material, and comfy! For the price, it’s worth it. It fits nicely in the living room and is a really pretty color easily blending in with non matching furniture and light grey walls. Relaxing heat soothes back aches. Massaging function has a lot of options, and levels of intensity. I don’t like massage chairs so it is a little weird and not my favorite but for some it’s great 🤷🏻♀️

Ignore the 3 Stars; U gotta give star(s) to comment. This is comments only. I just got it assembled ~ a couple of hours ago & have been sitting in the chair.1. The chair requires some construction, not a lot. You gotta attach the arms, which have a peculiar zipper-on mechanism, a little tricky to do.2. I am a short guy (5'6"), but my feet do not reach floor. I have to use a stool.3. The rocking is more back & forth than up & down; it rocks only a little (in normal rock sense). I find it hard to rock with leg support up.4. The leg rest is hard to position in more than 2 positions (up or down, in between is hard to do). Chair does not have a lever, but a thing like a catch to pull out to let leg-rest go up.5. I don't feel a lot of vibration in the calves of my legs on the leg support. Probably only a little.6. The back of the chair slides on to 2 pieces of metal at its bottom. When moving the chair, the back started to come out. I pushed it back down. We shall see if this is a problem or I just didn't push it down hard enough.7. The arms are a little short, even for myself, being a small man, barely long enough to place a track ball on the end with which to operate a computer screen trackball for myself.8. The chair will not lie completely flat, though probably near enough flat for most usage.9. It came in a huge strong cardboard box. Inside there are 4 pieces to the chair, which makes it easier to move inside piece by piece.10. From previous experience with a wired controller like this chair has, I conclude that if you don't do something to prevent it, the wires to the controller are likely to fatigue & break so that the controller will not work. In this case the controller controls only the heat & vibration, not the position of the chair. That means that eventually you don't have to be concerned about the chair being frozen in one position. But in the case of this chair, that also goes with not being able to position the chair in infinite angles & positions, though you would think that the positions & angles could be controllable by 1 or more (non-motorized) side levers.11. Thus far the chair feels reasonably comfortable with some lack of back support near the very bottom.. 12. To be comfortable at the head, I had to add a cushion to the head rest.13. The back adjusts its angle in conjunction with the position of the leg-rest; they do not have independent adjustment.14. The material hanging off the back, which covers the wire attachments, is not attached for the last inch or so to the material above it. I hope this does not start coming loose from outside inward.
