This item will not work if:

1.This item will NOT work if you have a whim installed or have had your radio flashed for a whim. You would need to have your radio reflashed for it to work.

2.This item will NOT work on CVO models.

3.This item will NOT work on a Limited that has wired headsets at the same time you are using the headsets.

Installation is extremely easy and can be done by removing the outer fairing, connecting the plug into the bikes stock harness and then plugging your phone into the USB plug on your bike.
