The overall product is very nice and quality made. I was just disappointed that the engraving wasn't more similar to the Amazon photo. I was hoping the last name would be larger text and date/names smaller. There was nowhere to specify that information in the customization, so I assumed it would look like the Amazon photo example.

I absolutely Love this case. This company is awesome! I bought this wine case for a 90th birthday.When it came, the name was spelled wrong(my fault).It says very clearly "no refunds on personalized items.This company worked with me to come to a solution, and I got a replace case quickly.It's nice to know there's a company out there with compassion for their customers.Thank you so much!
