Very disappointed. I bought these in July, but did not get around to needing them until a week ago. The first hoop I place fabric in, snapped when I hand-tightened it.So I grabbed another, and again, the inner hoop snapped.Obviously its has been 8 months since I bought them so I cannot do a return. :(I'd steer clear of them.
