There are several plastic bushings that allow this wheel to fit a variety of arbor sizes. Each one fits into each other like a nesting doll, just very loosely. This flaw makes the wheel vibrate like crazy.I spent quite a while "fine tuning" to get the wheel to rotate smoothly.The wheel composition itself seems to be good.
