First one I received was damaged. There were marks on the stem where the "stainless steel" had chipped and it was white underneath.I returned for a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement is also damaged on the stem. Same white marks underneath. I guess it's some kind of metallic coating.

I don't know why I was expecting it to be smaller, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. Full size, and in great condition. It's lightweight, but definitely good for the price.

Very disappointed. The size is great, very substantial. Snd the tree decal is pretty. But the decal is incomplete and scratched. So I ordered again with the same problem. So I returned both.

Delivery of the chalice was quick and packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. I gave this product 4 stars solely based on the exterior finish. There is a small section of the cup below the lip that is not polished to a sheen like the rest of it. Given the cost of the chalice I expected no flaws.

I like it it is ok. The shipping got here on time. Not to pleased on the craftmanship though. It was just screwed together on the bottom. Not too pleased with that.
