The brush was detached from the tool & the bristles were falling out. I have no idea how these other customers gave such glowing reviews. The end that scoops out the stem may work but the brush is completely useless.

This gadget "ShroomBroom " is really handy. I had a mushroom brush but this gadget does two (2) things and you gotta love something that 2 or more things; better yet does them well. It cleans them with the brush and then it cleans out the underneath of the mushroom. Easy & fast.This is a gadget I will put in the basket I make up for bridal showers or new home party. It is something you don't think of until you go to cook the mushrooms.

I love to make stuffed mushrooms every week. I couldn't find a brush in any of the stores so I researched on Amazon. I love this one since it has 2 features. I can also use the brush to clean my coffee refill pods. Great product!!

I bought this hoping to find a tool that would make it easier to clean mushrooms, but the bristles are far too stiff.. if I use enough gentle pressure to remove the dirt, the bristles tear the surface of the mushroom because they are hard and their ends are sharp. Add to that the fact that they fall out as well and this brush was a waste of money. The ring on the other end that’s meant to remove the stems and gills is too large and inflexible to be of much use unless you’re working with portobellos. The length of the tool is too short so it’s not easy to hold it firmly while trying to use the ring end. Overall disappointing and not worth the cost.
