Good product but labeled with the wrong size. It's not 1/2 inch

The package comes with the t's for PVC piping not washers and wingnuts for putting it on to a bucket or drum. Just pay attention when ordering not like me.... but that's okay I made it work. Good quality perfect size I had no issues with installation definitely recommend

I have ordered this product twice. First time I thought perhaps I had the cups too low and the chickens were stepping on them. Turns out even after raising my setup it did not help from having to replace the cups almost on a weekly basis. Too much work to keep up with. Perhaps the manufacturer could send me some on a weekly basis for my troubles? or better yet, don't make the screw in piece out of plastic.

Two of the cups I installed broke off within the first week of use. The remainder broke of at various times afterwards. The cups snap at the threaded attachment point, which then causes all the water in my reservoir system to pour out onto the ground.I definitely would not recommend this product specifically, and would suggest selecting an alternative style waterer altogether. If the attachment point is thin, fragile plastic like these, it likely isn’t sturdy enough to endure the weight of the water they contain as well as the weight of one or more chickens than may decide to jump onto the cup.

They work great only issue we have had is the snap off at the stem easily. And then you get 55 gallons of water flow into your coop.

There ought to be a way to secure the cups so that it does not tilt if it tilts too much. It drains other than that, they work really well.
