It is not possible to make a print using this product. It is messy in the beginning and very fast it is getting to hard to use. There is no middle point.

We received this as a gift for our 3 month old daughter. After we mixed the powder and poured the mixture into the tin, the paste hardened in less than a minute - it is impossible to get the hand print for a baby. If you are thinking of buying this, don't! Save your money and get something else that doesn't involve mixing and doesn't dry out so quickly.

The tin is nice, cute. but the plaster is so old that it never ended up setting. it went straight from powder to globs of plaster. Ended up having to go to the hardware store and getting some plaster to make it happen. you're better off making your own.

Will not recommend to anyone to buy this piece of junk! Followed the instructions carefully and the mixture was either too soft or too firm. It is really hard to leave a handprint even with an adult's hand.
