We took a pasta making class in Italy and used one of these. Super authentic and easy to use. I like keeping it in the fabric bag it arrived in.This would make a great gift as well. Great price!

The build quality of the first chitarra resulted in a bit of wobble when pressing out the pasta, noticeable enough that it was causing issues. After reaching out to customer service, they replied promptly with a solution and sent a replacement one. Much better quality, and fantastic customer service - highly recommended!

bought this for a cooking class and had to use a pad below one corner. It's not uncommon to have something like this that is authentic and made in italy to be a bit off so I was not too concerned but did need to make the adjustment. It works great and my cooking class enjoyed using it.
