Made of metal, nice Chrome finish perfect product once it's installed.The bolts did not match my 2009 Ultra classic. Correct theads, just to long. On the 2009 model they capped off the threaded hole and does NOT go all the way through. So I had to cut the bolts shorter.

Didn't know I was missing it, but supposedly it deflect air down onto the heads. OK 30 bucks, whatev. Another nice thick piece of chrome. Good price, good quality, quick shipping.
