I use this on my test bench. It trips at 30 amps, as expected. I don't notice any bleed over. For the price this works as expected. No issues.

Replacing some inline automotive fuses on my boat with this resettable circuit breaker. Specifically, it was used to wire my battery to a Marinco plug for my Scotty downriggers. Those who run pullers such as the ace line hauler or trac shrimp pot puller on these plugs know that they tend to pop a fuse whenever a pot gets slightly hung up on something at the bottom. Changing out a fuse while hung up becomes troublesome at best and dangerous if weather conditions are not amenable. This circuit breaker is a game changer as it makes resetting extremely easy and allows me to get back to pulling pots much faster. Both my scotty downriggers and pot puller call for a 30-amp fuse so this is a perfect upgrade.

This 30a breaker should do the job for your 12vdc projects. It looks good and has definitive lock and release of the breaker mechanism. It has no certifications, but for home projects it's probably fine at the rated current. I'll have to give it a load test at a later date and report back.

I ordered this as a breaker to a switch panel of lights that I added to my tractor. It works very well in this application and is protecting my electrical system as it should. It's nice to be able to just shut off that entire circuit with a push of a button. It was an easy installation, the build quality is good, the connectors worked well, it is different value for the money.
