The items had leaked in transit so the information on the bottle was no longer visible. Used it as yo would any cleaner with no results. I was using it to remove flux off a newly installed bathroom tile.

I just tried it on a surface mount PC board and it seems to emulsify the flux immediately. I then used a Q-tip to remove the solution and it left the board clean as a whistle.Beautiful. I highly recommend it!
