Unfortunately, they have no quality control and no contact information to get replacement parts.The kit I received has one SBR16UU square carriage-bearing block that does not fit the rail it was too small. I had to buy new bearing block and screws for the bearing block because the ones they sent were too long.

3 of them are fine, but something is wrong with one of the bearings where it will just grind on rail no matter what adjustments k have tried to make.

No matter what you do with these things they will not stop grinding and binding. I tried building a router slide with these and it was a complete waste of my time. First delivery bearings showed up with little ball bearings falling all over the floor. I had them resend them over. The boxes were too short so China decided to finish wrapping the remaining 6 inches of the bearing rails with tape only. Not sure how they expected that to protect 6 in worth of rails. Delivery number three and put the bearings on and no matter what I did to adjust them they felt a little rough. I went ahead and attached to return guide rails for my router with a different brand and they seem to be fine but these bearings are grinding sandpaper binding locking up. I'm just waiting for ball bearings to just start shooting out everywhere. There's no way to get a nice clean router surface with binding and grinding bearings. After three attempts I think this company and the the way they package their garbage is exactly that garbage.

These linear guides and bearing blacks are of good quality. The steel rods are hard enough that a hacksaw blade wouldn't cut them. I had to use a cut off wheel to divide the rails. Sadly I was not able to use these particular rails like I had planned but I have anothrr project in mind where they will work fine for. I am pleased with this purchase.
