I recently purchased the Dark Lightning Coast Guard Approved Life Vest to use with toddlers on my charter sailboat, and overall, I’m pretty pleased with it. It’s U.S. Coast Guard approved which is a necessity in my business. The design is practical—it’s lightweight and doesn’t feel overly bulky, which is a plus for keeping the littlest guests comfortable while on the yacht. They get really uncomfortable if the vests are too hot to wear.The adjustable straps (waist and crotch) are easy to tweak for a snug fit, and the grab handle on top is a great design for emergency retrieval. The bright green color is very visible in the water, is fun for the kids and makes it easy to spot them in the water, which is a bonus for safety. It also seems durable, with sturdy stitching and materials. For the price and safety features, it’s a solid choice. I’m giving it 4 stars - good product! For these reasons,I would definitely order this jacket again.

We bought this life vest for our 2 year old grandson, who visited us. It fit him perfectly and he enjoyed wearing it on the boat and at the pool. It kept him afloat, while learning to swim and navigate the water. We had to convince him to remove the life vest once hewent into the house. Definitely a great product.

It's bulky, but works well. It is only for kids up to 30 lbs, so it's not something they're going to be wearing for many years. That being said it's made to fit the little ones well, so it's worth it.

This life vest is very thick and chunky on my toddler and he really dislikes it. He's clearly uncomfortable wearing it. I ordered a different one for him that he prefers and keep this one as a spare on the boat.

My daughter hates it but that’s fine lol. We used this on our 6-7 month old at the time for a lake. It was a little big for her and kind of went up her neck but her she was safe. It’s super light weight strapless tightly around her body and between her legs. We didnt have to get it wet with her in it thank goodness
