It’s works good and you will be able to use it at your own private pool etc but please be aware that’s it’s NOT USCG approved so your child won’t be able to use it at a waterpark since they check every floating device. It doesn’t have the USCG stamp.

Ordered this puddle jumper last minute before our trip and so glad I did! My daughter is under 30 lbs and this puddle jumper wasn’t too big on her. Most puddle jumpers start at 30lbs and go up and I believe this one starts at 20lbs. I love the shoulder straps that are attached. She had no issues once in the water either. Would definitely recommend and would buy again!
