Once I actually read the instructions and started using this correctly, we have made some wonderful cocktails and cheeses. My favorites so far are the apple smoked old fashioned (with brown sugar simple syrup and habanero bitters), and a smokey margarita, pared with a lightly smoked cheddar cheese.

I e had a few of these before but this one is different. It has a smoke pump that forcefully infuses smoke into the cocktail. It comes with several different sample/trial size tins of wood. My favorite is the cherry wood. It is very easy to use. For the price it’s just as nice as some units 2-3 times the price. It seems like it’s built well and should last.
