Nice counterpoint to the other weight-induced warmers. This is heavier plate so safer on my table attached with longer cord as it doesn't slide. Wood color nice match to wood table. Keeps coffee very hot, very few warmers are up to 175 or 180. Turns off autmoatically after 8 hours, so be careful to turn off when you're done. Would be better if there were options to turn off after 2 hours, but I can live with this as I turn it off when I clear the table.

LIKE: The size and weight is great. It does not push around when you take the cup off or put it back on. The heating area is in the middle and there is an outside ring that is not heated. That provides protection to your knuckles when putting the cup back on or if you just happen to contact it when going about your business. Once or twice, I reached out to move it while concentrating on work and was very thankful for that safety area. I would reflect on the what could have been since I was not really paying attention. The three temperature setting are great and a feature I bought it for. However, I rarely use it above the lowest setting.Don't Like: I rarely use this unit above the lowest setting because the temperature is so high. I use a Cosori all stainless cup with this heater and the cup is very uncomfortable to drink out of because it is so hot. Even at the lowest setting, the rim of the cup is very hot. I'm a grown man with weathered lips from years of outside activity, not just sensitive. The lowest temp could be a little lower in order to maintain a drinkable temperature and let the other temps do the actual heating. A ceramic cup with a flat bottom (hard to find) might solve this as the ceramic would likely not conduct the heat like the stainless steel cup.Overall: Definitely recommend. Great little unit, just beware of the drinkware you choose.

Everything from the quality, design and price on this is amazing. I would easily have paid double the price. Will definitely not be disappointed. Leaves my coffee at a perfect temperature all morning at the middle setting. I tried the high setting and it actually is too hot to drink.

Cup warmer works great. Works best with flat bottom cups/mugs. I like the various temperature settings. Only drawback (-1 star) is due to the auto shutoff or timer. You MUST remember to turn it off or it will stay on for reportedly 4 hours. Possibly a safety issue. The timer should be either selectable or like some other warmers 1-2 hours.

I use this warmer for my candles in my office. I like that it has 3 temperature settings. It automatically shuts off, a must have safety feature.My old 2007 warmer, has no safety feature and only one temperature. I accidentally left it on and went to work, and it was still on when I returned home.I really need to get another good warmer for home use.

I've used this warmer daily for two weeks now. It is excellent for the purpose. My old warmer, whose housing cracked, had only one temperature setting, so I had to continually turn it off and on to maintain the desired temperature. The three settings on this one work great; in practice, I find that I don't need the high setting and can easily shift from the middle to the lowest setting as the amount of coffee decreases. The auto shut-off is a great feature, as I would sometimes forget to shut off my old one. This warmer is quite large; my mug fits within the circle, and there is a bit more than an inch of space all the way around. It looks very attractive with its smooth glass top that should be easy to clean, as opposed to the styles with indented tops. All in all, it's been a very satisfying purchase.
