Easy to put together. Soft material and padding. Only issue is the reclining position doesn't lock in. You have to lay solidly on the top for it to stay reclined.

Shipped us the arms and back but no bottom piece or seat. And couldn't just get the bottom sent so now I have to lug back to get my money back. Can't use it without the bottom piece.
