This heater is pretty darn perfect , it gives great heat .The knobs/settings are easy to use and it shuts off if it tips over . It's good if you want to warm your body up or a small room or just your legs . It's pretty darn perfect . No complaints .

Temperature drop down, but our system HVAC was not working well. So we were shivering from the cold. The heater arrived less than 4 hours after we ordered it, and we were able to get some relief from the cold. The front desk was a little bit bigger, so it wasn't completely warm, but at least the receptionists didn't have to rub their hands and shiver anymore. The heater is still working hard, and we are all satisfied.

I'd purchased the the Comfort Zone (Mr Brands) milkhouse style heater (model CZ799BK - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LKBFZBN/ ) back in October anticipating the need when winter rolls around. Didn't open until this past middle of December. Found that while it the fan worked, it didn't adjust, nor the heating element despite having the feature.Using a hair dryer to heat the room would've been more efficient.This was the point I'd expressed when I reached out to customer support to see if there was anything that could be done. After a couple of back and forth emails, I was told a replacement could be sent out. The conversation was as follows:Rep: "Sure (customer) I can replace it send me your address and the exact model number."Me: "Thank you (rep). I do very much hope this unit works as intended. Will there be a return label to send the old unit back or how should I handle that?" (requested information provided)Rep: "Sadly (customer) this is what you get for 29.98. A milkhouse style heater that barely blows air. If you wish to have a more powerful one, I suggest going onto the Amazon website and going with one with serious adjustable fan speeds like the tower heaters that will effectively handle the size room your looking to warm."10 DAYS LATERMe: "Good afternoon!Just reaching out to see if there was an update on this? Has there or will there be a replacement shipped? I haven't received any tracking or anything and wasn't sure if there was a delay or somehow there was a miscommunication?Let me know when you have time, if you would please. My Fiancé loves this style of heater. Due to the age of our house we can't have the control settings on high or else it'll blow a fuse. But it's worth every penny. It's a little loud, so if you're watching tv, you would have to turn the TV up over the heater. It's very small so it doesn't take up much space at all. I love that it has an automatic shut off setting, so if it's on and you lift it up or knock it over, it'll turn off. The heat output is very good when you close the doors to the room you're wanting to warm up. The lifespan of these are usually a good 5 or so years if you take good care of it.

This design has been around a long time. While it works good and the auto shut off works well the knobs feel kind of cheap and I don't know how long they'll last. But for the money it's a pretty good heater.

I bought two of these heaters and will probably order two more. I am currently using one to heat my bathroom and the other one to heat my hallway. I have them set on the lower, 1300 watt, setting and they are keeping the spaces nice and warm. The outside of the heaters gets warm but not hot. They are very quiet. These are sturdy metal heaters but they are lightweight. They have a safety tipover feature, which I wanted because I have a dog. Overall, these are good heaters for the price.
