I bought both a Comp Cam 3219 kit and a Mopar OEM timing set. After fitting the stock set on the cam and crank, it had about 1/4" deflection in the chain. This Comp set had almost no chain deflection and the crank sprocket was very tight compared to OEM. All pieces are machined nicely and marked "USA". I will be buying these Comp sets over Melling, Cloyes, and OEM in the future.

It's not cool that Comp Cams uses a picture of a double roller chain on the box, But it is not. Could have spent $20 less for a comparable chain.
