I like this gel. I have been brushing my dogs teeth since she was a puppy. She is 13 now and her teeth look great! I only brush her teeth about 3 times a week. I use this gel along with dog toothpaste and when I’m done brushing I give her a dental chew. Very successful.

This gel seems to help with tartar what time I've been using it. but the dog fights me over it and hates the stuff!

I appreciate the idea of the product, and the few times I tried to apply it to my 20 year old cat it seemed to work. However, she didn’t care for the taste and it seems like a battle to apply it. I tried my finger, mixed in food, and a little toothbrush- she’d have none of it. The smell is a strong concoction of fish and peppermint, the latter of which is likely what she didn’t care for. So the quest continues for me to find something suitable for my little old lady :(

Excellent & Proven Results ... with my 7.5-year-old dog getting glowing dental reviews by Vet. I started giving Petz Life (now Core-Pet) to my dog at 13-weeks old. Small dogs are notorious for bad dental. I apply Core-Pet Peppermint Gel after morning and evening meals, and again at bed-time. Rub the gel on her teeth and gums. She loves it.
