Zipper lock has a combination lock. The product came locked with no instructions on how to unlock it or set the combination. Who sells a lock that won't unlock?

It comes with a lock but no instructions on the combination so you can’t open it to use it. Rating could be higher if we could use it. It’s the perfect size.

Quality of the case itself looks as expected considering price and size works fine for our Ruger Security 380. Would have liked another set of straps for another mag but the rest is good.Unfortunately, there was no written instructions regarding how to set combo lock. It unlocked ok but we are now afraid to actually lock it with our gun inside and then not be able to open it so unless we hear from seller or another user as to how to set the combo lock - BACK IT GOES.
