Aside from the large dent in one of the cushions that won’t go away (tried to contact seller, but chat keeps restarting), this couch is not the best for comfort. Get what you pay for I guess. Kind of odd that the only thing separating the cushions from the metal base is a strip of fabric for the cushions to Velcro to. As much as I really am not thrilled about this couch, returning it would be too much of a hassle. Pretty bummed.

Color isn’t exact - I got a more beige looking couch. Overall ended up looking fine in the space. It’s a bit cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good starter/small space couch.

It’s a small couch. Instructions are not great; nothing is numbered or lettered. Took us about 2 hours to set up. One of the legs came broken.

Overall, considering the price, this is a good couch for someone on a budget or with a small space.Mine arrived with a broken mallet (not the end of the world) and one chipped leg (can’t see it because it’s in the back- so also not the end of the world).Something else that was frustrating but also not a huge deal is that the velcro backs and fronts didn’t match to line up/stick to each other. Easy fix is that we can attach our own velcro to better stick the cushions in place, but they stay pretty well on their own. The one we are going to have to velcro ourselves is the ottoman piece, because it keeps sliding off.The instructions aren’t very detailed or clear, but I was able to figure it out and I’m not the best at this kind of stuff! So it isn’t too bad.The BIGGEST issue though was that on two of the main pieces, the screw holes did not line up, making it impossible to screw together. Thankfully my husband was able to slightly bend the two pieces of metal to make it be able to screw in slightly slanted, and it works. Overall, I’m happy with what I have for what I paid for it!

The couch is cute, and was wasn't tvery difficult to put the parts together., The back part was a little bent, but I take was for the poor boxing, the box was ripped on one end.However the bottom, part of the couch is defective, and I reached out, a d wasn't fixed , and has been 2weeks already. I am frustrated how this seller handles the situation with their products been defective. AS you can see in the picture, on side was fixed to the couch, not without a lot of effort, the 2nd part. We couldn't fix it. 3 people, that are used to put furnitures together, end up given up. Don't waste your money.

It arrived earlier than it was supposed to. I could carry it to the 3 rd floor by myself with the help of the stairs. its package was good enough to protect it from any harm. And it was very easy to put it together. it took less than one hour for me. But usually, I buy and put my furniture together So I can say I have lots of experience with it. its color is the same as you see on the website. Its comfort is good. The ottoman has storage which I like having to put in my small covers. This fitted my apartment's room very well. its size is ideal. I previously had an IKEA sofa and I sold it before I move here. it was taking more room in comparison to this one. I like having it now.
