The product idea is great as I need something to protect my thin skin while doing yard work. The product is very thick and too hot for yard work even in 65 degrees when I tried them on two different occasions. Will not work for me in the hot summer months in Louisiana.

I got this multi pack for me and my son because we both have sensitive skin, and he hates doing yardwork if it means getting touched/scraped by branches, grasses, roses, etc. These work really well. They stay up without rolling or sliding down. Not too hot, either.

Update: I now wish they had it in different sizes. These do slip down and bunch up around hand a little. This sleeve is comfortable. Easy to put on, stays put on my arm and is practical. Besides great for digging in bushes, cutting roses is the best use. No matter how hard I try, I can get myself snagged.Having just been diagnosed with skin cancer, this will be great protection. I am a person who can walk by something and start a project if I see something needs to be done. This then means I may not have appropriate shoes or clothing on. Having this in my tool area will remind me to protect my arms. I am not sure yet how warm it will be next Spring and Summer. I like that I have three.

I got these to wear while putting up the Christmas tree so they will serve their purpose. That being said, they are thin material and I would definitely not test with a knife. I used a flat head screw driver and ran it along my arm with the gloves on and had scratches. I would saw these do not function like advertised. They fit well and are comfortable however, the quality did not meet my expectations. There are not great for arm protection. Otherwise, they did meet the description of length, quantity, and color,

Initial thoughts: Relaxed fit. They are comfy but not much for staying in place when working on the yard and tend to slide down. It offers great protection from bushes and thorns, but if they offered a smaller size or a more elastic snug fit then they would work better for staying up, but not so good to stop the thorns and branches so I am at peace with the design. They do work, getting used to them. The 14inch length hit me right at the elbow bend which makes the material bunch up. I would say probably be better if it went over the elbow entirely or folded over (see pic.) as to not hit the elbow. It works, happy with them just not in the top top list of awesomes.Good for bundles of leaves and such but stop a lot to pull them up often.Great for larger person.item ordered and tested:COOLJOB 3 Pairs A4 Cut Resistant Arm Protection Sun Sleeves for Thin Skin, Forearm Gardening UV Sleeves with Thumb Hole, 14” (Gray, 14 Inch)COOLJOB 3 Pairs A4 Cut Resistant Arm Protection Sun Sleeves for Thin Skin, Forearm Gardening UV Sleeves with Thumb Hole, 14” (Gr… 10/13/2024

I do a lot of work in the back of our property and I am constantly getting my arms ripped apart from stray branches and thorns. I have sleeves that I wear in the summer to stay cool and dry but these are a step above those. At about 5 dollars a pair (you get three pairs), these are well worth the investment. They are snug but not tight. They do not cut off my circulation as some others do. The fabric is breathable but very robust. I am 5'11", average build and these are a great addition. If you work outdoors in the woods or in your garden, these are a must have.

Always got scratches and cuts (and thorn punctures) working in my gardens from many plants. With these sleeves and a pair of gardening gloves, I did not get a single scratch, cut, or thorn cleaning up my gardens for the season.
