My husband has had issues with his elbow for a year now and this product really cools and works. He keeps it in all day at work, fits great and can feel the difference when it comes off. I’m sure I’ll be buying another one soon.

I ordered the Large. My arms are 15 1/4 ". The fit is perfect. It is a little snug the first time I put it on but it loosens up a little and fits great the 2nd time I used it. Keeps my elbow warm and loose throughout my workout. The gold bands seem to give a little extra support/pressure on my tennis elbow.

i got tennis elbow from working on my car with hand tools. Well 4 months later it still bothered me and should of been healed in 3 months with icing down 3 days a week. So I was icing down one Sat night watching a. movie and the Copper Fit commercial came on like 10 times. Finally picked up the phone and bought one.So I figured I needed compression to speed the process. I use Genesis K Motion tape for bowling that is copper infused and I swear by it, but the tape is too expensive to use for Tennis elbow, thus the Copper Fit.After 7 days of wearing it, the elbow feels much better and I can bowl in confidence now. I think the compression was the main factor, and I dont feel like there is copper in the material. But who knows; i didnt have another compression sleeve to test with. Its very well made and I will buy some more to keep in my bowling gear bag.[17 days later]My tennis elbow is almost gone and healed now. Used with ice to reduce swelling and shrink tissue, then putting it back: elbow feels really well now. My fit is correct so it doesn't fall off, or has not come apart wearing everyday. It's just a compression sleeve and used right it will work.

I bought my original Copper Fit a few weeks ago. I bought a medium then, after wearing it a few days I realized that I needed a size larger. I went ahead and ordered a large. At the time I thought the large was too tight and I couldn't decide if I was going to exchange for a larger size or buy another different product. While I was trying to decide this I got an email asking me to review the product. I wrote back saying that I wasn't sure if I should review it or not and explained about the size problem. I then received a personal email fro Jon Deal, the co-founder of Copper Fit apologizing for the problem (even though it was my fault!) and offering to send me a new product FREE if I would tell him what size I needed! We then exchanged several emails. Of course today I realized that this size actually does fit (I'm so embarrassed!) but I will never forgot the wonderful customer service I received from Jon. In one email he explained that they were a small, family-run business. Here's hoping their company becomes spectacturally successful. Thank you Jon!

Awful. My husband ordered the same size he had in the original copper fit and the unforgiving 'copper' rings squeezed his elbow like a vice. He said it was extremely painful to get on and off (he just had elbow replacement surgery this past summer). We returned it right away and decided to go with the tommie copper version instead which he is VERY pleased with. The copper fit version only has 3-4% copper. The other one has 88%. My husband who has been experiencing a lot of pain since his surgery noticed a difference right away. We will more than likely buy a back up of the OTHER BRAND.
