I have too many hammocks. To the point where I just keep one in every vehicle, my kids have two packed bags with hammocks in them. This one is different. This is the biggest hammock that I have. It says it can hold two, but I like a diagonal lay so I use it solo. Unlike other budget hammocks, this one comes with everything you need -- from hammock straps to load bearing biners and stakes. I bought a cheap reflecting tarp to keep with it. I would also recommend a hammock quilt, but this is a solid and well built hammock. The nylon is strong, and I think it could support the weight of two adults as it claims, but I'm a much bigger human that I was in the days where I would have shared a hammock with another adult.

Just need to get some Permethrin to spray & treat the bottom occasionally and it's perfect. Fairly easy to set up.

I got this for my son and me to take hiking- he has this one, and I have a similar version. We haven't taken it up into the mountains just yet, but I like the design, and the quality looks fine. Some of the other reviewers had trouble with the zipper seams. I'll try to update this review if I have that problem, but they look fine. The mesh isn't meant to support any meaningful weight, so there may be some user error. I like the tent pole setup. We plan to string a tarp overhead if it is windy or rainy. Overall, I'm happy with it.

I used this hammock for a week straight doing some backcountry camping. It came with everything needed, included tree straps, which was a big plus over rope. Whoever designed the storage bag deserves a raise, as it was actually large enough to put everything back into at the end of the day. The netting poles were sturdy and kept the netting off you as you laid in the hammock. The bad: When the poles are installed, when you are not in the hammock, it flips upside down. It also makes the hammock a giant sail if you have any wind at all. This really isn't an issue when you are in the hammock, but worth noting your site will look stupid. While I didn't try it, seeing the hammock spread and flat with the poles in before getting into, I would venture to guess you could use this on the ground as a sort of bivy type shelter, especially if you could put a tarp over it.

Will rip on the seams very easily when trying to zipper.

This hammock is super nice for being outdoors while still having a little space from a bunch of the leaves or sticks or things dropping on you. The fact that this is also kind of a tent is versatile, but it’s also a little hard to set up, even with the instructions. The mosquito net is alright, but the material is also a little staticky that needs to be smacked/wiped down with a static catcher when using it a long time. Really nice overall!

Other reviews mentioned the poles/mosquito net didn’t stand up right and kind of fell in on whoever was in the hammock. That is true…. If your hammock isn’t secured tight enough. I just tightened the hanging straps and it held it perfectly for the entire 4 nights I slept in it. It was lightweight and perfectly comfortable!

We took this up to Mt Charleston here in Las Vegas when the temps were hitting the 115F marks. I set this up for my two girls who probably weigh a total of 150lbs together and they enjoyed resting in it for about 35-40mins and we saw the seems on the side start to rip, just a little at first, totally manageable until it ripped about halfway lengthwise and became unusable. Before all this, I really liked the look and the convenience of having everything together. It might be a little heavy for long distance hiking, but for setting up an all day cookout in the mountains, it looked to be the perfect solution for napping in nature.I haven't contacted customer service yet because I've been busy, but if I get to, I will edit this post to include their response.
