Exactly what I was wanting for tying Dry Flies. If your tying parachute Adams or Chubby Chernobyls this is the perfect thickness and is 100% polypropylene.

I found that I had to add dry fly flotant to this material or after a few drifts it would sink. False casting did help but it becomes irritating when you have to continually perform this to keep the strike indicator dry so it stays on the water surface.

I'm using it for the body of a fly. Its pretty coarse, so its challenging to wind a smooth tapered body. I haven't had a chance to use any of the grasshopper fly imitations I've tied to see how well it floats. Waiting for the grasshoppers to appear before I use them.

It will definitely do the job on my Flytying bench, but the value for this product is lacking. Perhaps this is just Covid striking again.

Material looks good and is what I expected except for the amount. I will use this package (bought three) but will not but more from this seller.

Good material for it's purpose. Hard to feel good about the price considering how little you get but I knew that when I ordered it.
