I have a 2007 Scion TC and this item TECHNICALLY says it’s only for 2009 and newer but it was an EXACT fit. No retrofit needed. The OEM part is $175 so this saved tons of money and I was able to replace it in literally 10 minutes. Disconnect the batter (so you don’t accidentally blow the airbag), two screws hold the airbag part onto the steering wheel, then once inside the steering wheel there’s only two screws holding the stalk in place. Super easy.

So I broke the cruise lever on a 2007 Lexus IS, dealer was quoting $725 local repair shop $425, but the part was $20 or less on Amazon. A quick video search on YT and I see it is literally 2 press fit finish caps, 2 hex bolts to get to the part, and then only two Phillips screws and a simple plug-in. Yes you have to disconnect your battery for 20-30 minutes to discharge the airbag first but that’s super simple. Including the Battery discharge time this took me and my son 45 minutes. The unit works as good as the OEM and maybe better as I like the fact that the spring in this one seems a bit firmer when using the cruise lever to accelerate or decelerate. Finish is identical maybe a shade darker than the OEM but not noticeable at all once installed.Great product and an easy fix that saves a time of cash. Highly recommend this to anyone looking.

I followed a detailed instruction to add cruise control to my Yaris and it worked.

Arrived on time. Good price especially compared with the rising prices of Toyota OEM parts. WOULD BUY AGAIN. Just a caution, the connector that came with the CC switch didn’t have the horn wire so had to use the stock one. The stock connector might be just slightly different and bent the pins on the switch. Getting the connector to latch took more force with the OEM wires. Cruise control is a must as I broke both my ankles in the past especially on long trips.

I use my CC a LOT. So I was really bummed when the OE handle broke off of the steering column. This product arrived quickly. Was reasonably priced. And installed exactly how the broken one came off. Fits perfectly. Works perfectly. I’m not gentle on it either. I did need to watch a couple of YouTube videos to figure out the installation tricks. But, installation was much easier than I had anticipated. Good product.

The stalk on my cruise control snapped. I thought of using JB weld to reattach, but decided to just change the stalk out. I'm glad I did. The YouTube videos show the way to success. You can check them out before buying this to see if it's for you. For me it was fairly easy to swap out and good to know that it was fixed properly.

For the price, this is a perfect replacement for the cruise control lever on our 2015 Toyota RAV4. Ours was broken by a valet or car-wash attendant. Not super easy to replace, but after watching a YouTube video on how to remove the steering wheel air bag, it was an easy replacement. Much less expensive than taking it to the dealer.

This product did not work save your money, I bought this item in July but since I misplaced it, just change it on December just to find that doesn't work, and to late to ask for a replacement or refund
