Overall the unit does work. Some options on the stearin wheel, such as mute, and other "phone" options do not.

I used this on a 2009 Chevy Express conversion van. I installed it with a Power Acoustik double din stereo and also installed a back up camera. The vehicle didn't have one but I still hooked up all of the wiring as if it did and funny enough the trigger wire must have been present in the factory harness because it worked and turned on my backup camera as it should. I checked this before I went through the hassle of running the trigger wire for the camera. Only other thing to note is that the chimes/blinker sounds are pretty loud so I noticed there is a tiny white screw on the side of the box. I used that to turn it down (CCW) and it worked to tone it down to a managable volume. I would highly recommend this as it comes with everything you need, no need to buy more than this harness, and vehicle adapter to install the stereo and the stereo iteslf.

Long time car audio installer. Item installed correctly, worked for 2 weeks and then quit(no chimes, no retained memory/switch, no back up sensors, etc). Bypassed it for the customer for road trip coming up and by the time they got back, I was outside of return period. Reinstalled OEM radio and now I'm stuck with $80 paperweight.

Missing the main interface. All I got was a mess of wires. Waited a month and a half. Extremely disappointed hope they can send me the interface fast! Otherwise waste of time and money just to add a cheap deck to run my sub. I paid less for the deck than the adapters.

Works well to integrate pioneer doubleDin stereo with stock GM harness and SWC (steering wheel controls ).

Made installing the new stereo in my Silverado easy. The instructions were pretty good, but can't get steering wheel controls to work. Apparently that's the most complicated part especially for no name stereos. So, not even sure if it's fair to knock a star for that, but there you have it. The blinkers and other sounds are different and louder, but I think they're fresh. I'd def buy again.
