Perfect for a condo. I had a stroke and can’t get to our grill outside.Just put a digital thermometer in the fish, steaks, chicken or pork chops and cook to suggested temperature.Perfect every time.Best purchase I’ve made for cooking.

I like that it has good safety features. Only two types of cooking griddle and griller which is simple and good with me. Make panini’s, cook burritos, and make tortillas.

It has been like two months since I bought this electric griddle. One of the best purchases I have done for sure. My family and I really enjoy it, we love making salmon and chicken breast in it. I thought it was going to be tough to clean, but that's not the case at all. It takes less than 10 minutes to heat up in my opinion, it cooks things very well. I was praying to God for it to work properly since this griddle is a refurbished item, but it looks and works like new!

I used to have one of the older models which I loved but sadly it wore out. This model is so much better. Love the sear function for steaks and the timer so that you don't over cook your meat. Removable plates makes this super easy to clean. I always spray non-stick so that makes it even easier to clean.

Works well, gets hot in a couple minutes and cooks on both sides. Wish there was a little more control for leveling the top as sometimes it cooks unevenly front to back due to angle of the top cooking surface.Overall very happy with it, would buy again.

I liked the ease of using the grill to make a chicken panini. The floating hinge helped to keep the panini that was filled with peppers, onions, tomato, bacon, gruyere cheese, and garlic aioli together. The bread had a nice crunch and well-placed grid marks. Clean-up was a breeze-I am very happy with my purchase!

it is super hard to make this thing "go." multiple turns and pushes of the electronic control button are required to turn it on, pick a temp, etc. I have not found any rhyme or reason to its function and have nearly sent it back (and yes, I read the instructions). sometimes it seems like two pushes of the button locks in my choice (grill or griddle, for example), but next time that will not work. I left my original griddler with my now ex-husband, and it had the manual controls. THAT model worked perfectly and simply.

UPDATE: Cuisinart has absolutely the WORST Customer Service I have ever encountered in my entire life!! There is a 2-year warranty on this product that they absolutely do not want to honor. The on/off button broke after several months. When I asked customer service for a replacement they emailed me with instructions that I needed to supply - after I did that they emailed me with MORE instructions that I needed to do for them to take action. I did that. THEN they emailed me with EVEN MORE instructions - which could not be answered. I asked them why didn't they just tell me that they did not want to honor their warranty in the very first email and we could have saved both of us all of this trouble. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! This is my second one - the first one was returned as it was defective. I just got it today and I cooked a sausage on it as an easy first use. It preheated faster than "advertised" - so that's good. And it did a good job on the sausage. So I guess this is a good grill - easy to understand how it works, etc. I had previously bought the extra waffle grills in order to eliminate my "too big when I bought it waffle iron." BUT I do get the feeling that this grill will not last a long time - it just...I don't know...doesn't "feel" well-made or "solid." Maybe it is because the first one was defective. I had to buy a new stove - my old one (Jenn Aire) had a built-in grill and this is its "replacement." Hopefully I will get used to it.
