I ordered a lab coat as a gift for my daughter. The coat arrived promptly, embroidery was nice, but the coat sent was the wrong length (knee length vs hip). I notified the company and sent a picture of the coat I received and Betty at Printualist was on it right away. She sent me a replacement coat immediately and was super nice about taking care of the error. I didn’t even have to go to the hassle of returning the first coat. I would deal with this company again without hesitation. The lab coat is exactly what I was looking for and the service was exceptional.
