This is really a quality frame, and is exactly how I envisioned it. Looks great on my car and was easy to install. The 2 little plastic caps ensure that the screw black screw covers stay in place, and are a thoughtful addition. The tag shows, and the state is (mostly) visible.

The cover is of great quality. The letters are very well cut. The post office lost the first one and the company sent the second no charge.

The reason for four stars and not five was that during the order process there was no where to enter the message I wanted on the plate.However, the seller immediately contacted me about this. The seller was extremely courteous and provided good customer service.The product is as was advertised and arrived well before the suggested delivery date
