Haven't had the chance to use it myself yet, however I loaned it to my brother who is a long distance lorry driver.He reported back that it was a good piece of kit and was pretty bright.He use it to do his visual checks down the sides of the trailer before heading to bed.For the price, you can't go wrong.

It works well for what it is. This design has been around for decades because it works. This one has a pretty case on it though. This spotlight is not noticeably better or worse than the other ones I've used of this design.

Highly recommend this Great light for the price over any others. Light weight and shines a straight perfect beam. I use it for frogging. Picks up frogs eyes amazingly. I had to purchase an adapter to hook up to battery though. That’s the only downfall. Doesn’t come with battery adapter.

Works well for the price. Not super bright but I've used the more powerful one's and honestly this one reduced eyeshine so you could actually see the deer. Some of the others are so bright you only see glare. Cord could be a little longer, by a foot or two.

Lightbulbs didn’t last more than 15 hours of service but after replacing bulbs it has been a excellent light.

Only used it twice up to now hopefully it will hold up looks well built I like that you can have it plugged in and use it at the same time it's not a charge type those tend to not last long the light beam that comes out of this thing is surprising, it shines at long distances and surpassed my expectations.

Bright and tough, been bounced around in the boat for a full season and still works great, good value. the metal hanging loop is just a tad on the weak side for rough water.

I wanted to use this a few times before I reviewed it. This was a good value for the price I paid and I found it to be very bright and useful on my early morning, before dark treks onto the lakes.

I love this light for docking on dark nights. Very good for lighting walls, docks, everything. I'd say effectively you can see 150-200 ft with this on a pitch black night. A longer cord would be useful but not enough of a gripe to knock it down in ratings.
