Works great. Spins my 99 7.3 over much faster then the stock starter. Went from the old 3 bolt to this 2 bolt and love it.

Fit my 2002 f350 7.3 powerstroke diesel turns over a little faster then the factory starter. We will see how long it lasts

It didn't say that this was a Re-manufactured Starter in the Listing. There are grease marks ie. greasy finger prints all over it. not impressed that it came that dirty. I hope it works better than it looks, I've bought a few NEW DB Starters and Alternators and they all work good, I hope this Rebuild is good.

Installed great, worked like a charm compared to the old one in which the bendix had gone out. The next morning it didn't work for about 30 seconds, then fired up. Did the same thing to me two days later. Now here I am less than a week after installing and it crapped out completely on me. It won't engage at all. I ordered another and Amazon is refunding my money. I'm regretting buying another and it hasn't even arrived yet, but I live in a rural area, and Amazon can get it here quicker than anyone else. I guess I'm going to have to put the old one back on and hope it works well enough to get me by.

Glow plugs went out and I killed my starter this winter. Replaced them and replaced starter with this on my 2002 Ford F-350 7.3L power stroke super duty. It was a correct fit. Still going 6 mos later...

These 7.3 diesels are hard on starters. My last one lasted 4 years or so, but I don't drive the truck every day and it was starting to get dozey last spring. This one cured my no start blues it really whips the old 7.3 over. How long it will last is anybody's guess, but from what i can read on the diesel forums if you get over two years out of a starter on a 7.3 you are ahead of the game.

I put this on my 2003 F-250 7.3L Superduty recently. It fit exactly, it is well made from the appearance. The crank over is great, no problems. I would recommend this product.Ran across this review and decided to update. It's been a couple of years now, and this starter is still kicking it over as good as ever.
